Jenny Arsenyuk

Jenny Arsenyuk is a researcher and practitioner in circular bioeconomy, business-model innovation and sustainable value creation in the Nordic agri-food sector. Her research examines how food-processing side-streams can be transformed into commercially valuable products and how business models can overcome barriers related to collaboration, infrastructure, regulation and commercial scaling. She is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration and has more than 15 years of experience in finance, strategy and business development within the Nordic food sector.
